The main Peers for corporate projects integrate our Shared Vision Partnership (SVP) model that wants to go beyond the simple Public Private Partnership (PPP) by involving civil society (NGO) and the business community (VSEs and SMEs), the Technical-Financial Partners (PTF) and the Private Consulting Firms (PCF) and Think Tank such as The Wisemen Council in achieving the objectives of economic (international organization and institutions) and community (municipalities and local collectivities) development projects with better impact and better performance in their management. We reinforce them with Management Consulting Services.
From transverse skills to e-License
I’m Arnaud Segla. I have created “The Wisemen Council” based on an image of councils of elders who used to meet in Black Kingdoms to give public hearings and rule the political life.
Nowadays it stands for men and women of experience and wisdom in the communities. My father (represented in traditional wearing in the logo) was one of the wise men to give advice during these meetings called “Codjo” in the city where our community was established.
I started hosting this kind of informal meeting later myself but to share ideas and advice with entrepreneurship project promoters in Montreal.
The Wisemen Council was registered in 2009 from the desire to meet the growing demand for transverse skills to manage projects and complement the skills of entrepreneurs by offering quality counseling services.
Looking for a way to ensure a competitive advantage in the consulting industry and to differentiate my services, I start building in 2012 an effective way of doing business in accordance with traditional and ethnic identity by adapting this heritage to economic environment.
That led to the creation of new business project management concept: the Ka Method. I’m asking some economic actors to discover this Method and join the Think Tank. We aim to validate, promote and manage this system or approach. Our vision is to help entry middle class member to create jobs through entrepreneurship and thus help alleviate poverty (or foster revenue sufficiency) in our communities so we achieve a quantum revenue leap at each generation.
At The Wisemen Council we leverage our experience in entrepreneurship and our various knowledge in management science to offer the best tailored consulting service to ethnic communities as our contribution to the whole humanity evolution.
“Replace Humans in the Core of a Community Economy and an Ecology of the Body within the Sovereignty of Heritage and the Balance in Identity. In order to make Informal Economy a Quality Alternative to Liberal System. Because each Human is important to the eyes of God.”
